These terms apply to the website appcovecore.click and to training enquiries handled by Appcovecore in Vietnam.

Services described
Programme pages describe classroom and live-online training. Content is informational. Enrolment, invoices, and payment arrangements are confirmed off-site after an enquiry. This website does not process payments or host a checkout.
Acceptable use
You may browse pages, read notes, and submit the contact form with accurate details. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive rates, or submit misleading enrolment requests.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, and training materials remain Appcovecore property unless a separate licence says otherwise. Cohort workbooks are licensed for participant use during and after the programme they attended, not for resale or public redistribution.
No professional substitute
Training teaches analysis methods. It is not legal, financial, or vendor-procurement advice, and it does not create an employment or consulting engagement beyond the training agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable Vietnamese law, Appcovecore is not liable for decisions participants make after training, including technology choices or project outcomes. Our responsibility for a booked programme is limited to delivering the described sessions or offering a remedy under the refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page is current when published. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated text.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are handled in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
