Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Appcovecore handles when you use appcovecore.click or enrol in training.
Controller
Appcovecore, 64-66 Tran Hung Dao Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Email hello@appcovecore.click, phone (84-8) 3920 2255.
Data we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email, phone (if provided), programme interest, and message content you enter. We may also keep enrolment and attendance records for cohorts you join, and ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed to operate the site.
Purposes
We use this data to answer enquiries, confirm seats, deliver training, issue certificates where applicable, meet accounting obligations, and improve site reliability. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them; see the cookie notice.
Legal bases
We process enquiry and enrolment data to take steps toward a training agreement and to perform that agreement. Logs and security processing support legitimate interests in keeping the service available. Cookie consent, where required, is based on your choice stored under the appcovecore_cookie_choice key.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited details with classroom venue staff, live-online meeting providers, or accountants strictly as needed to run a cohort or invoice. Providers are instructed to use data only for those tasks.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a training relationship continues. Enrolment and invoice records are retained as required by Vietnamese bookkeeping rules. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention duties. Email hello@appcovecore.click with enough detail to locate your record. Rejecting cookies does not block browsing or the contact form.
International access
Our primary operations are in Vietnam. If a live-online tool processes data outside Vietnam, we select providers with appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
Updates
We may revise this notice when practices change. The published page is the current version.
