Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to Appcovecore classroom and live-online tech analysis training. It does not cover goods, software licences, or delivery models we do not offer.
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to confirmed programme fees paid to Appcovecore for a named cohort or private group booking. Informational prices on the website are not invoices.
Full refund timeframe
Cancel in writing to hello@appcovecore.click at least 14 full days before the first scheduled session start (ICT) and you receive a full refund of fees paid for that booking, minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your confirmation.
Partial refund
Cancellations received 7–13 days before the first session may receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Within 6 days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except where Appcovecore cancels the cohort or a documented medical emergency prevents attendance—then we offer a seat transfer or a proportionate credit.
Non-refundable items
Non-refundable items, when listed on your confirmation, may include: reserved classroom deposits, third-party meeting-platform fees already incurred, and custom workbook printing for private groups after production has started.
Work already started
If a multi-day programme has begun and you withdraw, fees for completed days are earned. Remaining unused days may be credited toward a later public cohort within six months if seats exist; cash refunds for started programmes are discretionary.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior written notice is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is issued for no-shows.
Rescheduling
You may request one free transfer to another public cohort of the same programme if seats remain and the request arrives at least 7 days before start. Later transfers may incur an administrative fee stated in the confirmation email.
Deposits
Private group bookings may require a deposit to hold dates. Deposits become non-refundable once we confirm venue or facilitator allocation, unless we cancel.
Purchased materials
Printed or digital cohort materials supplied for your seat are included in the fee. Separate material packs ordered for internal reuse after training are non-returnable once delivered.
How to request a refund
Email hello@appcovecore.click with your full name, programme name, cohort dates, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines outside our control may add delay.
Appcovecore cancellations
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a later date. We are not responsible for personal travel costs unless stated in a private group contract.
